Our mission
Deuce Hotels Ltd is a new independent hotel operator formed in 2022 to take the hotel market by storm.
Our mission is to create beautiful high-quality best-in-class accommodation, inside characterful buildings, utilising the latest technology for a seamless guest experience. We only operate in the best locations, for convenience and quality, to serve every need of our guests. The Old Post Office Warrington is our flagship property, with further openings in Harrogate and beyond from 2023.
History
Priestley Construction undertook the extensive £3.2million renovation project on behalf of their client Deuce Hotels Ltd and partners Danny Inman and Nathan Priestley. Many of the Grade II listed building’s original features have been meticulously refurbished and retained, whilst building on existing flooring to achieve the best acoustic separation from the Grill On The Square restaurant and former bar below it. The project has brought investment to the area already, employing local subcontractors throughout the construction phase and now initially creating six new jobs for local people, which will grow as the business does over time.
Nathan Priestley said “Warrington is undergoing significant regeneration, driven by an ambitious, forward-thinking council. The design of this brand-new aparthotel meets the highest specification while retaining a part of the local heritage. We are creating some of the most desirable hotel rooms the town has to offer”.
While Danny Inman, explains “Renovating existing buildings is an ideal way to improve the quantity and quality of accommodation in the area, positioning Warrington as a desirable alternative to larger, surrounding cities. The town is fast becoming one of the North West’s most desirable places to live, work and visit”.
